Safety plans:

1.try to camp on flat land

2. camp at least 200 feet away from water sources.

3.Store food hanging in trees

4.Only use fallen sticks and trees for shelter and fires.

5.have a partner or at least someone who know where you are and a check in time. 

6.never leave a fire unsupervised 

7. don't use soap or toothpaste around water. filter through gray water, if only choice.(moving water only)

8. don't drink or use still water unless purified.

9.If they'res no bathrooms, dig a hole.

10.have tons of windbreaker materials.

11.Have lots of sunscreen 

12.have key landmarks.

13.when finding shelter, stay away from areas with fallen trees.

14. continually drink water throughout the day.

15.stay away from poison ivy, oak, and sumac. 

16.wear long layers, or long socks and shorts.

17.DO NOT feed wildlife.

18.bring a pocketknife 

19.Bring a first aid kit.

20.remain clam.
